i liked how the hotel was set within the rainforest. i enjoyed walking the boardwalk to the beach, i found it very convenient. the food was tasty and portions were generous. accessing the sauna and poolside service was a real treat.
the sliding door to the bathroom was stiff, i found it a bit difficult to operate.

the pool area features ample loungers, i saw a dedicated shaded section. bikes are available for guest use, i thought that was a nice touch. a sauna is accessible, it offered a relaxing experience.

my rainforest king suite included laundry facilities, it was useful for a longer stay. the room was decorated beautifully and roomy, i really appreciated the space. the bed was comfortable, i slept well.

the restaurant dinner menu had fabulous food and beautiful setting, i liked the ambience. i observed that staff were lovely and attentive, i was happy with the service. they had great sized portions, that was good value.

the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, i really felt welcomed. poolside service was available, i thought this added to the relaxed atmosphere. i found the staff excellent, they were always available.
